It comes from the ancient Vedic traditions of India and has been tried and tested for thousands of years.  In Primordial Sound Meditation, we use sound in the form of mantras to take us on our inward journey from activity to silence. Your mantra is chosen based on the sound or vibration of the universe at the time of your birth. We incorporate that sound as part of your mantra, so when you use your personal mantra during your meditation, it has the effect of drawing your awareness back to the level of the gap, back to that unmanifest level. Meditation is a process for restoring balance, harmony and the memory of wholeness throughout the mind-body system. Primordial Sound Meditation helps to re-enliven the body’s own healing mechanisms.
